Millesor Investment Ranking
Millesor Investment ranking is a system of qualitative and economic evaluation we provide to our clients to understand the real growth potential of an investment. It may be applied to collections or single stamps and coins.
Stability is important when investing in a historic good. Trough a golden bar we help considering the potential return on investment with clear and safe parameters. MIR (Millesor Investment Ranking) is applied to items that guarantee at least one international certificate form an expert trusted by MILLESOR.
EVALUATION PARAMETERS
The golden bar shows graphically the level of trust and the gain potential of each item, carefully considering the following parameters:
• rarity: how many items of the same kind are available on the market
• quality: the quality level of the item compared to the standards of the same kind, for example if it’s centered or not
• conservation: how fresh is the stamp or the coin, considering both the standards and the age
• certification: how many certificates the item already has (or the potential to receive how many certificates as the collector requires due to the impeccable sublime state of conservation and quality).
PROFIT ESTIMATE
Usually, it can be possible to estimate the precise gain for each MIR level. A 100% guarantees usually a net gain between 20% and 25% over the period of three years (estimate based on statistics which consider the standard increment of certificated, perfect quality items whose current price is over €5.000, from 1850 to 1950, Italy, UK and Spain, in period 2007-2010, please do not hesitate to ask for more details and graphs to our financial collecting experts). A 50% MIR level could guarantee between the 10% and the 15% gain over the same three years time.
Of course these are statistics, and MIR is used to evaluate, with scientific and mathematic parameters, a gain estimate. This does not mean that an item with no MIR ranking will not produce benefits: it could simply mean that one of the four parameters of evaluation (see above) was not considered at excellent level by the team of MILLESOR experts. Sometimes, in fact, happens that a stamp or a coin neglected by all the experts gains in a few years such a big popularity and market request to compete with the best values in the field - and that’s why we love collecting!

The indicated prices are net, VAT included and expressed in Euro. All the stamps in this catalogue are of first choice. The more important items are signed or above 250 euros are provided with the photographic certificate of well known Italian experts. The prices of the products and shipment expenses can endure variations without prior notice that will be published in our Internet site.

The payment to the order of Millesor must be made exclusively in euro. The retailers are asked to send Vat identification number. Don’t send advance payments if the availability of the material has not been previously confirmed.

Instalments payment: Millesor is available to grant delays in the payment for amounts above Euro 500, if agreed before the purchase, and to the following conditions: the maximum installments is 6 months and the price is the same without any increase.
